Entering the Third Trimester

I took the glucose test this week and passed! I have to say, it wasn't nearly as bad as I expected. Maybe because I thought the drink would by a syrup consistency, and it turned out to be like any other sugary, artificially flavored fruit drink.

Buying maternity clothes that are colorful at this time of the year has been tricky, so I felt especially proud of myself for finding this awesome dress at Burlington Coat Factory.

Not to brag, but I'm in my third trimester and I can still paint my toenails. It's kind of a big deal. And yes, the pumpkins are stickers.

Only 10 more weeks to go!

Toenail Art Update!

For all of those who loved this post--here's the last four months of toenail art!
For those who didn't see the post, here is the explanation: I paint my toenails once a month, based on the season or a holiday in which the month resides. I only do this once a month because it usually is fairly elaborate and takes at least an hour to do.

November- my own creation, because I couldn't find any good thanksgiving themed toenail art that I liked.

December- based off of several ideas from pinterest. I think the trees turned out the best.

January- based off of pics from this blog: http://toetats.blogspot.com/

February- Pretty in Pink. Also based on ideas from Pinterest.

Toenail Art

While I didn't go on a vacation over Placement Break, I did have the chance to catch up on a lot of things I had put off (Halloween toenail painting being one of them). As I reviewed my blog posts, I realized I haven't ever posted pictures of my toenail art! Besides making earrings in my spare time, I also enjoy painting my nails every month to match a holiday or seasonal theme. So here they are:

                           EASTER                       SUMMER

                     4th of JULY                         WEDDING

 HALLOWEEN

Disclaimer: in the summer picture, the brown on my toes is NOT dirt.
It's actually a tan mark from my shoes (which means that you'll now go back to check, if you didn't notice already).

Rhetorically,
Rebekah
